Terms & Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the cbderrands website (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be resolved in accordance with South African law.

You must be 18 years or older to make a purchase. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. We may suspend or terminate access to the Site if we reasonably believe you are misusing the Site, infringing intellectual property, or acting fraudulently.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Product prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel any order where products are incorrectly priced due to a system error, or where stock is unavailable. If payment has already been made, we will issue a full refund. The "Any 2 sneakers for R1 900" combo is applied automatically in the cart when two qualifying sneakers are added. Delivery is included in the combo price.

We accept secure online payments via Yoco and Shopify Payments. Payment is required in full before your order is dispatched. Yoco and Shopify process card and EFT payments on our behalf. We do not store your full card details. By completing checkout, you agree to the payment provider's terms of service.

We deliver to all 9 provinces in South Africa. Standard delivery is R80 nationwide. Remote areas may incur a R100 courier fee. Delivery is free for any order that qualifies for the 2-sneaker combo. Estimated delivery times are provided on our Shipping & Delivery page. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events are not our responsibility, but we will help you resolve them.

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached. See our Exchange Policy page for full eligibility and process details. We do not offer cash refunds. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will arrange an exchange or issue store credit. Store credit is instant; exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.

All content on this Site, including images, logos, product descriptions, and design, is owned by or licensed to cbderrands and is protected by South African and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without our written permission.

cbderrands is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, except where prohibited by South African consumer protection law. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order will apply to that order. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
